Jacket potatoes with Chive Quark

Ingredients for 2 servings

For the potatoes and the chives cottage cheese

  • 650 g potatoes, waxy – wash
  • 1 small clove of garlic – RUB

Liquid ingredients and spices

  • 100 g of soy yogurt
  • 100 g vegan sour cream
  • 1 TBSP olive oil, cold pressed
  • 1 TSP lemon juice
  • 1 EL noble yeast flakes
  • 1 Pinch Of Xylitol
  • Crystal salt
  • Pepper from the mill
  • 12 g of chives – cut in fine rings
  • 1 TBSP finely chopped parsley


Preparation time about 10 minutes cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes

The potatoes in their skins in a saucepan with lightly salted water to the boil and cook for 20 – 25 Min. cook until soft. Then drain and briefly ausdämpfen.

For the Quark all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with salt and pepper to taste.

The potatoes can enjoy together with the chives Quark.

Tip: Serve with a crisp leaf salad.
